Last week, all of the schools in Drumheller held their annual Terry Fox Run.
St. Anthony’s School held an assembly on Thursday, September 25th before heading out for their run just after 10 AM.

The students ran from the school, along North Dinosaur Trail, to Midland where the students ran along residential streets before heading back to the school for a wrap up BBQ. St. Anthony’s has always done well fundraising for the cause. The totals have not yet been shared but we will update the story when available.
Drumheller Valley Secondary School held their annual Cake Auction in support of Terry Fox on Thursday, September 25th prior to the students running around the school for their annual Terry Fox Run. Over the past 20 years, DVSS has raised $56,594.46. This year, donations are still coming in but the Cake Auction raised $1,727. We will update the totals once they are finalized as well.
On Friday, it was Greentree School’s turn for the Terry Fox Run.

In the morning they held an assembly prior to their run. Students ran in the grass field behind the school doing as many laps as they could within a half hour span. Totals will be updated as soon as they are available.
