Oyen RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating missing 72-year-old Kenneth Rafa. Kenneth was last seen at his residence, south east of Acadia Valley, on Oct. 27, 2025. He may be driving a white 2017 GMC Sierra bearing AB licence 37N 308. There is concern for his wellbeing.
Kenneth is described as:
- 5 feet 7 inches tall and 210 pounds
- Grey hair and blue eyes
- Fair complexion
