Halloween was a pretty favourable day weatherwise, other than some wind, and that didn’t stop the ghouls and goblins from heading to Downtown Drumheller for their annual Trick or Treating.
A number of businesses along 3rd Avenue and Centre Street participated again this year. 3rd Avenue was closed to traffic between Centre Street and 2nd Street West. Centre Street was closed from the Royal Canadian Legion down to Railway Avenue for kids dressed in costumes to trick or treat. On the 100 block of 3rd Avenue West a number of Halloween displays were set up once again this year for the trick or treaters to enjoy.
Attendance was strong again this year and with the success once again, it is suspected that the event will take place again next Halloween.
