Hanna RCMP would like to remind parents and guardians to have conversations with their children about personal safety and stranger awareness.
Back on January 4th, 2026, RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious incident when a person approached the fence of a residential backyard.
The person allegedly said something to the child, and then departed in a vehicle. The child reported the incident to their parents, who contacted police.
The investigation is ongoing at this time. RCMP will provide updates as more information becomes available.
