On Tuesday morning, I took The Morning Show on the road to the Badlands Community Facility to help kick off the "Fit Into It Challenge."
It was quite an experience. From 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. the crew from the BCF introduced me to some of the activities that will help me to attain my goal of losing weight. Amber first set me up with a game of 21 on the basketball court with Brandon. I used to be ok at basketball but it seems over time my skills have disappeared. Brandon beat me 21-9. That was my warm up for what was to happen next. We went to the Fitness By You studio and did spin on a stationary bike with Carly. That was an adventure as you can see below.
After the adventure on the bike, I went with Amber to train on the weight machines upstairs in the Field House. We worked on my upper body as well as my abs. We continued downstairs to the free weights and continued to work on my biceps and triceps. I finished the morning learning how to play Pickleball.
