On Saturday, I had the opportunity to attend the grand opening of DinoSoar Archery Tag in Drumheller.
DinoSoar Archery Tag is a new business that has been set up behind the Drumheller Memorial Arena in the old tennis courts. It gives the player the opportunity to fire arrows at each other without injuring their opponent. It is an activity that is just starting out as there are only a few archery tag venues in Canada and Drumheller has one of the only outdoor courses in the country.
Nason and Tony Ibrahim have opened this business to give locals and toursists alike the chance to get outside and enjoy the outdoors plus engage in some physical activity.
You don't have to be proficient at shooting bow and arrow to have a good time. All experience levels are welcome.
While I was there on Saturday, Town Council and the Mayor had a lively battle where the standout was Tom Zariski. There were a couple of kids that got in some of the action as well.
To play you have be 7 or older. It is a great time for everyone. Thanks for letting DrumFM be involved with the grand opening.
