Hanna RCMP are looking for an athletically built man after an employee of Freson Bros was slashed with a weapon during an attempted robbery.
 
Sunday afternoon around 4:45 p.m. the man approached an employee of the Garden Centre and demanded money. When she refused, he slashed at her face and neck with an edged weapon, causing non-llife threatening injuries.
 
The suspect is described as around 30 years old with buzz cut style hair. He was wearing dark jeans and a black jacket. 
 
Anyone who sees him is warned not to approach the man, but to call 911 immediately. Any other information can be called in to the Hanna RCMP detachment at 403-854-3391 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
