On the evening of August 7th, Hanna RCMP received a report of a break and enter in progress near Craigmyle, AB. The complainant was arriving at the residential property when they observed that the doors at the property had been forced open, an ATV had been moved, and a suspect grey pickup truck was fleeing the scene. Hanna RCMP attended the affected property and initiated an investigation.
As a result of the investigation, Cole Peoples, 41, of Starland County has been charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
Peoples was scheduled to appear in court on October 28th.
